Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import purchasing processes from supplier selection to customs clearance
- Negotiate favorable terms with international vendors while ensuring compliance with trade regulations
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to streamline logistics operations
- Monitor inventory levels and align purchasing activities with production schedules
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers across global markets
- Analyze market trends to identify cost optimization opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Prepare and manage import documentation including letters of credit, commercial invoices, and packing lists
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import purchasing or international procurement
- Proficiency in customs regulations, INCOTERMS, and import documentation procedures
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable commercial terms
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
