Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely acquisition of high-quality electronic components and raw materials.
- Analyze market pricing, cost trends, and supplier performance to drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Negotiate favorable payment terms, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs) with global and local vendors.
- Collaborate with production and planning departments to ensure material availability aligns with manufacturing demand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, performing regular audits and performance reviews.
- Manage contract lifecycles, ensuring legal and commercial compliance throughout the partnership.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and budget forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, specifically within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Expert ability in cost analysis, pricing strategy, and complex contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, inventory management, and import/export regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
