Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support mall operations and project requirements.
- Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycles, including sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to align purchasing activities with budgetary requirements and business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement efficiency and vendor compliance.
- Ensure all procurement documentation, tenders, and contracts comply with company policy and legal standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in purchasing or strategic sourcing, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or property management environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving significant cost reductions.
- Deep understanding of procurement best practices, contract law, and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
