The ideal candidate is a strategic negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of manufacturing procurement cycles. You will be responsible for end-to-end purchasing processes, from sourcing raw materials to managing supplier performance audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to ensure consistent availability of raw materials and production supplies.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors to negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and lead times.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase order issuance, tracking, and timely delivery verification.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly based on quality, delivery timelines, and overall compliance with company standards.
- Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to mitigate risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal production and warehouse teams to forecast inventory requirements accurately.
- Handle complex logistics and documentation for procurement, ensuring full compliance with manufacturing regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing high-value contracts and vendor relationships.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local inventory management software).
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and inventory optimization.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of both Indonesian and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
