Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, vendor selection, order placement, and delivery verification
- Research and identify reliable suppliers that offer competitive pricing and high-quality products/services
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize cost savings
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Analyze market trends and make data-driven purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic purchasing decisions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry is preferred
