You'll be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, and ensuring seamless delivery of materials to support our manufacturing and logistics operations. Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end procurement lifecycle management including supplier selection, negotiation, contract finalization, and purchase order processing
- Optimize supply chain operations through strategic sourcing and vendor relationship management
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to ensure timely material availability for production
- Monitor inventory levels and implement cost-effective inventory management practices
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive procurement documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to align purchasing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics sector
- Proven expertise in supplier negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and market trend evaluation
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Excel, SAP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
