Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to final delivery of goods.
- Process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and ensure timely communication with suppliers to track shipment status.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing and potential vendors to secure favorable terms and competitive pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless production scheduling.
- Ensure all purchasing documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and audit requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on price trends and identify alternative suppliers for cost optimization.
- Analyze procurement data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Proficiency in ERP/Purchasing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
