We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer to join our expanding manufacturing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, managing end-to-end procurement cycles and ensuring seamless coordination between production planning and vendor management.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) and understands the intricate balance between inventory availability and cost optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, mitigate supply risks, and uphold our commitment to quality and timely production. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation processes to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Coordinate with the PPIC team to align material requirements with production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement best practices to minimize carrying costs while preventing stockouts.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and generate reports to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end purchase order processing, from requisition to final delivery and invoice verification.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and quality standards.
- Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and develop proactive contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in purchasing or supply chain roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of PPIC processes, material requirements planning (MRP), and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed procurement decisions.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
