Aadi Export (HK) Limited is a prominent player in the global garment supply chain, currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our team based in Semarang, Indonesia. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned quality professional to oversee production excellence and ensure our high standards for woven garments are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
As a Senior QC, you will serve as the primary technical authority on the production floor, bridging the gap between design specifications and final output. Your expertise in woven garment construction, fabric quality, and manufacturing processes will be critical in reducing defect rates and ensuring timely delivery for our international markets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the overall quality control process for woven garments on the production line.
- Conduct inline, pre-final, and final random inspections to ensure compliance with international quality standards.
- Analyze root causes of production defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain close coordination with production managers to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed.
- Prepare detailed quality performance reports and communicate technical feedback to the management team.
- Oversee fabric quality inspections and ensure accessory specifications meet requirements before mass production.
- Guide and mentor the junior QC team to improve overall technical proficiency and inspection accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Quality Control within the garment manufacturing industry.
- Deep, technical knowledge of woven garment construction, measurement, and sewing techniques.
- Proven ability to interpret technical packs, patterns, and quality standard manuals accurately.
- Strong understanding of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards and international export requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective communication.
- Willingness to be stationed in Semarang and travel to manufacturing sites as required.
