Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC frameworks to ensure operational excellence.
- Conduct systematic inspections and audits throughout the production and assembly process.
- Manage customer feedback loops, effectively translating user complaints into actionable quality improvements.
- Monitor compliance with industry-specific quality standards and internal safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot defects and implement root cause analysis.
- Supervise testing procedures to ensure that finished products align with organizational specifications.
- Generate detailed performance reports and quality metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a QA/QC role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of ISO standards or equivalent quality management systems.
- Proven ability in professional customer handling and conflict resolution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management software.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
