Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Quality Control (QC) strategies and procedures to ensure product excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
- Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify root causes of defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO quality standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the production cycle.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality deviations and collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve critical issues.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and documentation protocols.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports, charts, and logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Senior Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong working knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
