Tanggung Jawab
- Design and conduct experiments to develop new polymer and composite materials for aircraft interior applications
- Analyze material properties and performance characteristics using advanced testing methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical manufacturing processes
- Document research outcomes, prepare technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and scientific literature in polymer and composite science
- Contribute to patent applications and publications to advance the field of materials science
- Supervise junior researchers and interns, providing guidance and mentorship in research methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Master's or PhD degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in polymer chemistry, composite materials, and processing techniques
- Experience with material characterization methods such as SEM, TEM, DSC, TGA, and mechanical testing
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and requirements for interior materials
- Research experience with polymer and composite processing methods including injection molding, compression molding, and resin infusion
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical information effectively
