Tanggung Jawab
- Design, execute, and manage complex research projects focused on skin bioengineering and diagnostic development.
- Oversee the characterization of novel biomaterials and skin models for diagnostic applications.
- Analyze experimental data and interpret results to drive scientific conclusions and publications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, engineers, and data scientists.
- Mentor junior researchers, graduate students, and laboratory technicians to foster a collaborative research culture.
- Secure external research funding and prepare grant proposals for future projects.
- Present findings at international conferences and publish results in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Kualifikasi
- A PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Tissue Engineering, Dermatology, or a related scientific field.
- A proven track record of research excellence with a strong publication record in high-impact journals.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of postdoctoral experience in skin tissue engineering, cell culture, or diagnostic technology.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques including cell culture, histology, molecular biology assays, and bioinformatics analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced academic setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
- Commitment to ethical research practices and regulatory compliance in medical research.
