We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Research Fellow to lead innovative studies into host-microbe interactions and environmental microbiology.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute complex experimental protocols for gut microbiome analysis, microbial ecology, and host-microbe interactions.
- Lead and supervise a team of postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, and research assistants.
- Analyze large-scale metagenomic and transcriptomic datasets using advanced bioinformatics tools and statistical software.
- Secure external research funding by developing and submitting competitive grant proposals to national and international bodies.
- Prepare manuscripts for publication in top-tier, peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Maintain and optimize laboratory equipment, standard operating procedures, and biosafety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with international researchers and interdisciplinary teams across different scientific disciplines.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. in Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Systems Biology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of postdoctoral research experience in a similar field.
- A strong track record of publications in reputable, peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, omics technologies (e.g., NGS), and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
