Tanggung Jawab
- Design and conduct sophisticated experiments centered on stem cell culture, characterization, and differentiation.
- Develop and optimize protocols for the differentiation of pluripotent stem cells into specific ocular cell lineages.
- Maintain detailed laboratory records and data analysis in compliance with institutional quality standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including clinical ophthalmologists and tissue engineers, to advance project milestones.
- Prepare high-quality research reports, manuscripts for publication, and presentations for scientific conferences.
- Oversee laboratory equipment maintenance and ensure strict adherence to biosafety protocols.
- Mentor junior research assistants and provide technical guidance on complex molecular biology techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Stem Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in stem cell culture and maintenance (iPSC or ESC).
- Proficiency in molecular techniques such as qPCR, Western Blotting, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence microscopy.
- Strong background in developmental biology or retinal research is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex experimental setups and analyze large datasets independently.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated record of successful research project management and collaboration.
