Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Research, Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a research-focused role.
- Proven expertise in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or SAS).
- Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and meet strict deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
