Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee high-impact research projects in bioinformatics, genomics, and computational biology.
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for biological data analysis.
- Secure research grants and foster partnerships with industry leaders and international research institutions.
- Mentor junior researchers and graduate students within the BDSRC ecosystem.
- Author peer-reviewed publications for high-impact scientific journals and present findings at international conferences.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate bioinformatics research into academic curricula.
- Design and maintain robust pipelines for big-data processing in life sciences.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral research experience with a proven track record of scholarly output.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++ for scientific computing.
- Deep understanding of high-throughput sequencing data analysis (NGS) and genomic databases.
- Strong experience in cloud computing platforms (AWS/GCP) for scientific research.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-experts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead independent research groups and manage multidisciplinary projects.
