Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for international liner services in Jakarta market
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients in manufacturing and logistics sectors
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and market penetration
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for regional management
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on international shipping processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales within shipping/logistics industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environment
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of international liner operations and freight forwarding
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales plans
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
