Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of continuous flow chemistry systems and laboratory equipment.
- Develop and deploy advanced data analytics pipelines and automation scripts using Python.
- Apply Bayesian Optimisation and machine learning techniques to optimise experimental design and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to define project requirements and deliver scientific solutions.
- Mentor junior researchers, PhD students, and postdoctoral fellows in digital chemistry methodologies.
- Ensure strict compliance with laboratory safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present complex technical findings to internal stakeholders and at international conferences.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computational Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming for data analysis, automation, and machine learning.
- Proven expertise in Continuous Flow Chemistry and process optimisation.
- Demonstrated experience with Bayesian Optimisation and statistical experimental design.
- Proven ability to thrive in Agile, fast-paced, and collaborative research environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- A track record of scientific publications and contributions to the field of digital chemistry.
