Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts to ensure high retention rates.
  • Identify and analyze client needs to provide tailored consulting solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular service reviews and performance reporting to communicate value and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance service delivery processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex client service inquiries, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Drive internal initiatives to improve service workflows and operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in consulting, client management, or a high-level service role.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving service excellence targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
