Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts to ensure high retention rates.
- Identify and analyze client needs to provide tailored consulting solutions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct regular service reviews and performance reporting to communicate value and ROI to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance service delivery processes.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex client service inquiries, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Drive internal initiatives to improve service workflows and operational efficiency.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of professional growth and service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in consulting, client management, or a high-level service role.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving service excellence targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
