We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior Staff - Continuous Improvement to join our R&D team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind operational efficiency, process optimization, and product development excellence.
As a Senior Staff member, you will leverage your technical expertise to identify bottlenecks, implement lean manufacturing principles, and foster a culture of quality improvement across the organization. You will collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure our output meets the highest standards while maximizing cost-effectiveness and scalability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across production and R&D processes to drive operational excellence.
- Analyze existing workflows and data to identify opportunities for waste reduction, cost-saving, and productivity enhancement.
- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in product development.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional R&D team to bridge the gap between design concepts and large-scale manufacturing viability.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on production defects and design failures to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of Kaizen and lean methodology throughout the facility.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership regarding operational throughput and process quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or R&D within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of quality management tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to operational excellence.
