- Lead and mentor IT teams to ensure operational excellence and professional development
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable IT infrastructure systems
- Oversee daily IT operations including network administration, cloud services, and data management
- Develop comprehensive cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Align IT strategy with business objectives across manufacturing and logistics divisions
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive IT management experience
- Proven expertise in enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity frameworks
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Industry certifications (CISSP, ITIL, PMP) highly desirable
- Experience in manufacturing/logistics technology environments
- Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices
