PT. Prima Energi Bawean is a dynamic player in the upstream oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Staff - Master List to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational compliance, ensuring that all import facilities, government licensing, and master list requirements are managed with precision. As our Senior Staff, you will play a critical role in facilitating seamless logistics operations by ensuring that all regulatory documentation is accurate, timely, and fully compliant with current government mandates. This is a high-impact position that requires a strong understanding of import duty exemptions and customs facilitation protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Master List process from application to final realization, ensuring full compliance with SKK Migas and BKPM regulations.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and government agencies to process import licenses and permits efficiently.
- Monitor and track the status of Customs clearance activities to prevent project delays.
- Provide regular reporting on import activities, duty exemptions, and license expiration dates to management.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all import and export documentation for audit purposes.
- Advise project teams on regulatory changes related to import facilities and oil and gas sector policies.
- Communicate effectively with customs brokers and external stakeholders to expedite cargo release processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Master List management, Customs, or Import Facility administration.
- In-depth knowledge of upstream oil and gas industry regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of OSS (Online Single Submission) system and relevant government portals.
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation for government permit applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
