Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate purchasing data records, reports, and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Process and verify purchase orders, ensuring strict adherence to company procurement policies.
- Analyze spending patterns and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budgets.
- Handle full procurement administration, including contract renewals, vendor documentation, and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and delivery coordination.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and evaluate vendor performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Deep understanding of procurement principles, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high attention to detail.
