Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Supervise, mentor, and train production staff to improve performance and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen) to reduce waste and optimize production costs.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations, health protocols, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams to resolve operational bottlenecks effectively.
- Prepare accurate production reports and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards for senior management.
- Maintain high levels of equipment uptime through proactive maintenance coordination and troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory control systems.
- Proficiency in using ERP software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
