Join Bounty Segar as a Senior Supervisor Quality Assurance (QA) and become a pivotal force in our manufacturing excellence journey. This critical role combines leadership with technical expertise to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll lead cross-functional teams, develop robust quality control protocols, and implement corrective actions to maintain operational excellence. As a key stakeholder in our quality management system, you'll collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with international standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor QA teams to execute quality control procedures across production lines
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance systems and documentation
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and lead corrective actions
- Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure compliance with ISO/GMP standards
- Monitor KPIs and generate quality reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality benchmarks and inspection criteria
- Train personnel on quality standards and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in QA/QC within manufacturing environment
- ISO 9001 and GMP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of statistical quality control tools (SPC, FMEA)
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in quality management software and ERP systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
