Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file accurate corporate tax returns, VAT declarations, and other statutory tax documents
- Monitor legislative changes and advise on tax implications for business operations
- Conduct tax audits and ensure proper documentation compliance
- Develop tax optimization strategies to minimize liabilities while maintaining compliance
- Collaborate with finance teams on tax provisions and financial reporting
- Manage relationships with tax authorities during inquiries and audits
- Mentor junior staff on tax compliance best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1)
- Minimum 3-5 years of corporate tax compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPh 21)
- Professional tax certification (Brevet A/B or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
