Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end teacher payroll processing with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze operational data using advanced Excel/Google Sheets to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Oversee teacher onboarding, scheduling, and performance data management systems
- Develop and maintain operational reports for leadership decision-making
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Support EdTech system integrations and data migrations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll, operations, or data management
- Expert proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Experience in EdTech or education industry highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
