Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration of a wide range of biomedical and diagnostic equipment.
- Diagnose and repair complex technical malfunctions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers to ensure timely equipment upgrades and repairs.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs, asset inventories, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Provide technical training and support to clinical staff on the safe and proper operation of medical devices.
- Conduct equipment testing and safety inspections to ensure adherence to hospital standards and government regulations.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and validation of new medical technologies and facility infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a clinical or hospital biomedical engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements (e.g., HSA, ISO 13485).
- Proficiency in diagnostic software, electronic troubleshooting, and electromechanical systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clinicians, nurses, and vendors.
- Highly organized with a focus on attention to detail and patient safety protocols.
