We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Writer to join our creative team in Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, outlining, writing, and editing high-quality technical documentation. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to fully understand project requirements and translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
As a Senior Technical Writer, you will manage the entire lifecycle of our technical assets, from initial drafts to final publication. You will ensure consistency in voice, style, and branding across all documentation, including product manuals, API documentation, online help systems, and marketing copy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing technical content for digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
- Maintain documentation libraries, style guides, and best practices for content creation.
- Review user interfaces and provide textual feedback to improve usability and clarity.
- Manage content workflows and ensure timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Translate complex technical jargon into accessible language for diverse target audiences.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, and technical accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in technical writing, copywriting, or content creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical documentation or editorial work.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Google Docs) and MS Office.
- Excellent command of English grammar, style, and formatting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Experience in the advertising, media, or tech industry is a plus.
