In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-impact Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok content that drives engagement and showcases our brand's aesthetic. We are looking for a trend-aware editor who understands the nuances of viral content while maintaining a high production standard.
You will work closely with creative directors to translate briefs into visually stunning narratives. Proficiency in CapCut is non-negotiable, as is your ability to handle S-Log3 grading for that cinematic look. We support Sony-backed workflows, so experience with professional grading is a huge plus.

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Apply advanced color grading techniques, specifically S-Log3 grading, to achieve a cinematic look.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and storytelling narratives.
- Optimize video files for various platforms and ensure fast loading times.
- Use CapCut to execute effects, transitions, and text animations.
- Manage project timelines and deliver content within strict deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, specifically with short-form content.
- Expert-level proficiency in CapCut.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Experience with Sony cameras and S-Log3 workflow is highly desirable.
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating reel and short-form editing skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and visual composition skills.
