As our Senior Videographer & Editor, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, shooting, and editing a diverse range of video projects, from captivating social media campaigns to sophisticated corporate branding videos. You’ll work closely with our creative director and marketing team to translate strategic objectives into visually stunning and emotionally resonant stories. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full video production lifecycle from conceptualization and pre-production to filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Direct and shoot high-quality video footage for various projects, including social media content, brand campaigns, corporate videos, and events.
- Perform advanced video editing, including cutting, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects, using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with clients, creative directors, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and ensure creative alignment.
- Manage equipment, studio setup, and on-location shoots efficiently, ensuring high production value and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of current video trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance content quality and innovation.
- Provide creative input and strategic recommendations to elevate project outcomes and achieve client objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Videographer and Editor, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality video projects, including social media content and brand campaigns.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.
- Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting techniques, audio recording, and post-production workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize ideas, develop storyboards, and execute compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
