In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. As a Senior Assistant, you will lead by example, mentoring junior staff and optimizing logistics processes to meet business demands.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to facilitate the timely movement of goods.
- Train and supervise junior warehouse staff to ensure best practices are followed.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance requirements promptly.
- Prepare and organize documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems and computer applications.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Valid forklift license and ability to operate heavy warehouse machinery safely.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts if required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
