Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to lead a high-performing team? Our company is seeking a dedicated Senior Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Jakarta Utara facility. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods are executed with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
You will be responsible for streamlining warehouse workflows, optimizing inventory management, and leading a diverse team of warehouse personnel to meet operational KPIs. The ideal candidate brings a blend of tactical warehouse knowledge and leadership excellence to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in inventory counts and conduct regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets are consistently met.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards throughout the facility.
- Monitor and analyze daily warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) and report to management.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume logistics and distribution environments.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflict effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA/HSE protocols within a warehouse setting.
