Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end service project tracking, ensuring all tasks are completed within budget and timeframe.
- Prepare accurate financial reporting, including cost analysis, labor hours, and spare parts utilization for service contracts.
- Coordinate with field service engineers to optimize scheduling and resource allocation across customer sites.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery and proactively identify areas for process improvement.
- Support the local management team with monthly closing procedures and budget forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with Valmetās global quality standards and health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
- Facilitate communication between the service department, finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparent operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in service controlling, project management, or operational finance, preferably in the manufacturing or heavy industry sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholder requirements simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A proactive mindset with a strong ability to resolve issues under pressure.
- Understanding of service-level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
