In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our service delivery, ensuring that technical operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our high standards.
As our Service Coordinator, you will report directly to the Planner and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall service productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily service schedules to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
- Liaise between technical teams and planners to maintain clear communication channels.
- Monitor service performance metrics and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service logs, inventory, and technical maintenance records.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in service delivery and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational protocols.
- Handle incoming service requests and allocate resources based on priority and availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in service coordination, operations, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical manufacturing or logistics operations is highly preferred.
