Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems.
- Conduct on-site diagnostic visits to identify root causes of system failures and implement effective repair solutions efficiently.
- Ensure all service activities adhere to strict safety protocols, environmental regulations, and Johnson Controls quality standards.
- Collaborate directly with facility managers and clients to understand specific environmental control requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including service reports, work orders, and maintenance logs.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new HVAC systems and building automation systems (BAS).
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and participate in continuous training programs to enhance technical expertise.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or HVAC Engineering.
- Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in commercial or industrial HVAC service, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, and building automation systems.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within Jakarta Raya and surrounding areas.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid HVAC certification (e.g., NATE, RTH, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
