Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of funeral arrangements, ensuring all client needs and rituals are fulfilled with precision and care.
  • Provide empathetic and respectful guidance to families, explaining procedures and supporting their decisions.
  • Coordinate logistics including transportation of the deceased, venue setup, floral arrangements, and documentation.
  • Maintain and prepare funeral equipment, facilities, and fleet to the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness.
  • Assist in embalming, dressing, cosmetology, and casketing procedures as required, adhering to strict hygiene and professional standards.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as permits, death certificates, and billing with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform on-call duties on a rotational basis to provide 24-hour emergency funeral services.
  • Collaborate with team members and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of memorial and funeral services.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM with a credit in Bahasa Malaysia; Diploma or Degree in any field is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) to effectively serve our diverse clientele.
  • Possess a valid driving license (Class D) and own transport. Willingness to travel within Klang Valley.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a deathcare environment and interacting with deceased persons.
  • Candidates with customer service, hospitality, or healthcare backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
