- Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and negotiation to order placement and delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives and cost-reduction strategies aligned with business goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors to secure the best value for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of local and international suppliers.
- Monitor market trends, supply risks, and commodity pricing to proactively adjust procurement plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Procurement/Sourcing, ideally from the hospitality, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and inventory management techniques.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
