We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Service Supervisor to lead our service delivery team at our Bali Branch.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily service operations and technician schedules across the Bali region.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance with safety standards, and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality audits, safety inspections, and technical site evaluations.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance mentoring to service technicians to enhance technical competency.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and chemical usage in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the branch management team to identify service improvements and operational efficiencies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Agriculture, Public Health, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in service operations, facilities management, hospitality, or pest control industries.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM A and/or SIM C) and have deep geographical knowledge of Bali.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications and digital reporting tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support field operations when necessary.
