Solusi Pest Control (SPC) is seeking a dedicated Service Supervisor to lead our pest control team in Bandung, JawaâŻBarat. In this role you will oversee the delivery of professional pest management services for our clients, ensuring that all treatments are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards.
You will be the primary point of contact for PTâŻSolusiâŻPrima Carakaâs customers, coordinating daily operations, monitoring field technicians, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include scheduling service visits, conducting onâsite inspections, and providing technical guidance on integrated pest management solutions. By mentoring operators and enforcing safety protocols, you will help maintain SPCâs reputation for excellence in pest control.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily pest control operations for residential, commercial, and industrial clients in Bandung.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout all treatment activities.
- Schedule service appointments and manage route planning to maximize efficiency and timely service delivery.
- Monitor the performance of field technicians, provide onâtheâjob training, and conduct regular quality audits.
- Serve as the main client liaison, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong, trustâbased relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, inventory, and client feedback to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Implement corrective actions for nonâcompliance and support the implementation of integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2â3âŻyears of experience in the pest control industry, with at least 1âŻyear in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of pest biology, treatment methods, and integrated pest management (IPM) principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, technicians, and management.
- Proficiency in scheduling, route planning, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and handle chemical treatments safely.
- Education: Minimum diploma (D3) in Engineering, Agricultural Science, or a related field; bachelorâs degree is a plus.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to travel within the JawaâŻBarat region as required.
