Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to guarantee smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service crew, ensuring high hospitality standards are consistently met.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a highly professional and timely manner.
- Enforce strict compliance with food safety, dining area hygiene, and sanitization protocols.
- Manage staff scheduling, roster planning, and seamless shift handovers.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and efficient food ordering and serving.
- Assist in POS system operations, cash handling, and accurate daily sales reporting.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) service or restaurant operations.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy for managing POS machines and inventory lists.
