ConnectOS is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Settlement Officer to join our team supporting Australian mortgage operations. This is an exciting work-from-home opportunity that allows you to be part of a growing global financial services team.
As a Settlement Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan settlement process for commercial and private mortgage transactions in the Australian market. You will collaborate closely with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely property settlements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end loan settlement processes for Australian mortgage transactions
- Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, brokers, and clients to ensure timely property settlements
- Review and process settlement documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of all settlement activities and transactions
- Liaise with various stakeholders to resolve settlement issues and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with Australian lending regulations and company policies
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on settlement progress
- Identify process improvements to enhance settlement efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in settlement, loan processing, or mortgage administration
- Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage processes and documentation requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a remote setting
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and settlement software
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
