Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections, calibration, and repairs of industrial sewing machines
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize production downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain detailed service records and technical documentation for all equipment
- Collaborate with production teams to address machine-related workflow challenges
- Order and manage spare parts inventory for efficient repair operations
- Train junior technicians on machine maintenance protocols and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as sewing machine mechanic or industrial machinery technician
- Technical certification in mechanical engineering or related field preferred
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial sewing machine brands (Juki, Brother, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and electrical components
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics with precision
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality focus
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and working in industrial environments
- Valid technical certification or vocational diploma in machinery maintenance
