PT BONJOUR BALI STORE is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Sewing Staff to join our dynamic team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our production line, ensuring that every garment meets our brand's high standards of quality and consistency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble garments according to design specifications.
- Ensure all stitching, seams, and finishing meet the company's quality control standards.
- Follow production schedules to ensure daily targets and deadlines are consistently met.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on sewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the production area.
- Collaborate with the cutting and finishing teams to streamline the production process.
- Conduct quality checks on finished garments to identify and repair any defects.
- Manage garment components and raw materials efficiently to minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in garment sewing or fashion production.
- Proven proficiency in operating various industrial sewing machines (Lockstitch, Overdeck, Overlock, etc.).
- Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and fabric handling.
- Ability to interpret patterns and technical sketches with high accuracy.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain consistent output quality at speed.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight production deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Relevant vocational degree or certification in Fashion or Tailoring is an advantage.
