Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise sewing teams to ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met
- Train and mentor sewing operators on techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols
- Monitor sewing workflows, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Implement process improvements to enhance sewing efficiency and reduce material waste
- Ensure compliance with garment specifications, patterns, and quality control procedures
- Manage inventory of sewing materials, threads, and supplies to prevent production delays
- Collaborate with production planning to optimize scheduling and resource allocation
- Prepare production reports and communicate progress to management stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in garment manufacturing sewing operations
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in production environments
- Deep technical knowledge of sewing machines, techniques, and garment construction
