This critical leadership role oversees HSE operations at six strategic sites, bulk tank facilities, and emerging projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and cultivating a culture of safety excellence. You'll develop and implement robust HSE frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations while managing cross-functional teams to achieve zero-harm objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee HSE operations across 6 Indonesian sites, bulk tank facilities, and upcoming projects
- Develop, implement, and audit comprehensive HSE management systems
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
- Manage HSE budgets, resources, and performance KPIs
- Coordinate with government agencies during inspections and audits
- Deliver HSE training programs and foster safety culture across all levels
- Prepare executive reports on HSE performance and strategic initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- 10+ years HSE experience with 5+ years in managerial role
- Professional certifications (NEBOSH, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor)
- Proven track record in manufacturing/logistics industries
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced incident investigation and risk assessment expertise
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
