Midea is a global leader in home appliances, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility in Cikarang. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation of our advanced sheet metal processing machinery, directly impacting our production efficiency and product quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all sheet metal fabrication equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct urgent troubleshooting and repair of machinery breakdowns to ensure production continuity.
- Calibrate equipment to meet precise manufacturing specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment performance history.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machinery performance and reduce waste.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed during maintenance and operation.
- Proactively identify potential equipment failures and recommend upgrades or modifications.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with sheet metal machinery (e.g., punching, bending, or laser cutting machines).
- Technical Diploma (D3) or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Understanding of PLC control systems and industrial hydraulics/pneumatics is a plus.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and adapt to the fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
