Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the boiler operator team during assigned shifts to ensure continuous and efficient operations.
- Monitor and analyze boiler performance data to identify trends and potential maintenance needs.
- Enforce strict compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) policies at all times.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment malfunctions and perform routine inspections.
- Train and mentor junior operators to ensure all personnel meet company technical standards.
- Maintain accurate shift logs and prepare detailed performance reports for management.
- Ensure that all fuel consumption and energy output metrics meet the established operational targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in boiler operations or industrial plant supervision.
- Possess a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) for boiler operators (or equivalent professional certification).
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, steam generation, and industrial safety systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Effective communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
