As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, manage a talented team of operators, and troubleshoot production bottlenecks in real-time. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise production staff to ensure smooth shift operations and high productivity levels.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or process-related issues on the production floor immediately.
- Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all products meet OT Group's specifications.
- Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and resource allocation to optimize manpower.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations at all times.
- Foster a collaborative and safe working environment for all team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Shift Leader in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, and production management methodologies.
- Proven ability to solve complex operational problems under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software (ERP/SAP preferred).
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
